Before your appointment, you need to ask your insurance:
1. Do I have mental health benefits?
2. How many sessions are included?
3. Is Telehealth included?
4. What is my deductible?
5. What is my copay?
6. Do I have co-insurance?
7. What is my out-of-pocket max?
8. Will my secondary insurance cover the deductible and copay?
9. Do I need a referral?
10. Do I need preauthorization?

How Much for Private Pay
The fee for a therapy session is $160 (60min).
Typically, clients choose one hour ($160) or 90 min ($240).
Who chooses private pay?
Private pay is for you if you want to be in control of your treatment and avoid insurance restrictions, including time.
The same fee, $160 per hour, applies for office visits and Telehealth appointments.

We are an out-of-network provider with Kaiser Options.
We are NOT in-network with Kaiser Core or Classic.
We are NOT an in-network provider with Apple Care.
We are NOT an in-network provider with Molina.
We are NOT an in-network provider with Medicaid.
We are NOT an in-network provider with Medicare. If you have Medicare Plus an additional secondary insurance you may still NOT have coverage for counseling.
