About the
Cost of Private Pay and
Health Insurance
How Much for Private Pay
The fee for a therapy session is 150 (50-60min). Typically clients chose one hour or 90 min.
If you decide to pay privately, you will have time flexibility depending on the urgency of the issue and the kind of accommodations you want.
Some clients would like to spend 4-5 hours per day over 2-3 consecutive days, usually over a weekend, until the issue has been sufficiently addressed. Since insurance would only cover one hour of therapy in a day, they use private pay and take care of issues as they arise.
The same fee, 120 per therapy hour applies for office visits as well as Telehealth appointments.
