Out of Overwhelm:
Understand how ADHD really works and why “try harder” isn’t the answer. Learn how to reduce chaos and work with your brain, not against it.
Executive Function in Action:
Practical systems for planning, prioritizing, and finishing tasks. Tools for time management and overcoming task paralysis.
Staying on Track:
Maintain progress through new habits, realistic strategies, and self-confidence. Learn how to recover from setbacks and keep moving forward. Create a 7-day reset plan.

My take on this ADHD group:

  • My GOAL for this class is to help reduce the stigma of ADHD and walk away with a few specific strategies to self-regulate that can help improve your life.

  • TOPICS will focus on how to strengthen executive function skills.

  • EXECUTIVE FUNCTION skills include: Impulsivity, disorganization, inattention, time management, moodiness, and indecision.

  • YOUR PART will consist of sharing with the group, supporting others, and identifying the skills that help you be more in control of your life.

  • RESEARCH shows that CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) can be effective in managing adult ADHD. So I will draw from what the most recent reserch on ADHD has been proven to work.

I hope you will join us!
